My journey with essential oils started with my desire to reduce the amount of pain medications I was taking against the joint pain I was suffering from.
Since this day, the oils have played and continue to play a huge part into my life and that of my family. It helps us manage our health and wellbeing proactively. And when we do get sick, we recover much quicker.
We use the oils to support our physical and mental wellbeing, to clean our home, for our personal hygiene needs.
Essential oils are aromatic compounds which play a big role in the wellbeing of plants. And what benefits plans get, humans (and other beings) get too.
I partnered with dōTERRA, the biggest essential oil company in the world, because not only they distribute the purest oils, but dōTERRA’s model for health is closely aligned to mine.

Essential Oil Workshops
I run monthly workshops, which cover what essential oils are, how to use them safely and effectively. Workshops are held in West and Central London, but I will travel to you, if you’d like to host a workshop in your own home or workplace.
