Group workshops or programmes are a cost-effective way to kick start your wellbeing journey, whilst having fun. There are full of information, practical hands-on experience and a lot of sharing with the group.
I host regular events, but I am also happy to design a specific workshop for you and your guests
Would love to cook from scratch but don’t know where to start? My cooking classes are accessible to all abilities and focus on using loads of seasonal ingredients, especially vegetables. I create the menu using a paleo or AIP template. You will cook a 3-course meal and enjoy eating it with the group.
Essential oils are aromatic compounds which play a big role in the wellbeing of plants. And what benefits plans get, humans (and other beings) get too. I use the purest essential oils in the world, dōTERRA.
