Are you looking for a way to manage your chronic condition more naturally?
Or, are you tired of going to your doctor complaining you don’t feel well, only to be dismissed as “you’re perfectly fine”?
- Are you tired of being tired and in pain?
- Are you struggling with the side effects of the medications you’re taking and longing for something that will make you feel more human again?
- Wouldn’t you LOVE it if you could say your chronic condition is now in remission?
If you answered yes to any of these questions but fear that nothing can be done because your body has let you down and will never work the way it’s meant to, then I’m here to help you change this for you.
I’m Caroline. I’m a mum and a wife, a daughter and a sister. I’m a former senior marketing executive, and now I’m a functional medicine health coach, practitioner who supports people with chronic and autoimmune conditions.
My aim is to help you get your body and your life back so you can feel well again.
Why do I do what I do?
In 2012 I was diagnosed with not one but two autoimmune diseases – Rheumatoid Arthritis and Guillain Barre Syndrome, which forced me to spend 6 weeks in the hospital, completely paralysed from the waist down. While I thankfully recovered and regained control of my body, Rheumatoid Arthritis is a life-long condition with (currently) no real cure. Medications to manage the symptoms are available, but they are very aggressive and come with a long list of nasty side-effects.
After my shocking diagnosis, I went down the only route that was presented to me – I took the medications I was given.
But I wasn’t getting any better.
I was always exhausted. Everything was a struggle. I felt frustrated and powerless. And I could feel my struggles weren’t just physical. Mentally, my mind was slower, less able to focus on my work and my lfie.
I was in so much pain that holding hands with my children hurt. My little boy used to ask me whether he was squeezing my hand too hard.
And he was barely even touching it…
I wanted more from my life. I expected more.
But as time passed, I was getting worse and more disabled.
The path to health and wellbeing
It was only end of 2016 that, following the advice of a nutritionist, I read The Wahls’ Protocol from Dr Wahls. One weekend, I decided to cook the types of food recommended in the book.
And it was literally life-changing. This had an immediate effect on my pain levels. From that point I knew that nutrition and self-care held the key to my health and wellbeing. This was the way forward for me.
And yet, I felt totally overwhelmed by the changes I had to make to my life and my diet. Getting healthy and staying healthy has since been a long journey. Like everyone, I have good days and bad days.
But I am in remission.
I now have a huge amount of vitality and energy. I feel more present because I know I can enjoy my present. And I’ll go as far as saying that I feel better and younger than I did 10 years ago.
I’m no longer in pain (and when I am, occasionally, I know what to do to get better again).
I love my food.
I love my life.
And despite what people think, I can still eat cake!
My training and the tools I use to support my clients
My diagnosis changed my life in many ways. Since then, I’ve become a holistic health coach with IIN, I am a certified Autoimmune Paleo coach, a functional medicine practitioner with the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM), and a dōTERRA essential oil educator.
I am also now a leader with SAFM, supporting new functional medicine practitioners during their studies.
I combine health coaching, functional medicine, and my knowledge of essential oils to help clients just like you to:
- Control the immune response that’s causing your condition.
- Reduce inflammation in your body.
- And minimise the pain and discomfort that inflammation causes.
Together, we understand the root causes of your dis-ease and use nutrition and other lifestyle medicine practices to manage the symptoms of your condition.
We do this by changing your behaviours so you get to achieve effective and long-lasting results.
If you want to find out more about how this works, head over to my post: Working with an autoimmune specialist.
Now, I want to help YOU feel well again.
In fact, I want to help you feel better than you ever did!
Because I know it’s possible.
There might be no cure to your condition. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have the power to make changes and take control back.
Believe me when I say this.
Your body is strong. And given the right nutrition and environment, it can go back to functioning as it should.
So please know that you do not have to accept life as it is and believe that nothing can be changed.
And I’m here to prove to you that being healthy is simple.
It’s simple, but it’s not easy.
So let me hold your hand – I promise I won’t squeeze it too hard!
When you work with me, we go at your pace.
I listen to you.
I give you the tools and the accountability you need to make powerful changes to your diet and to your life so you get to feel well again.
Not only that –you will feel energised and also relieved and proud.
You will be empowered. And I can tell you that’s just exhilarating.
Are you ready to make a commitment to your health?
I have no doubt that my love of cooking has made the process of switching diets easier for me. But like you, I was totally overwhelmed at first. And I got help – did you know I have my own Health Coach?
Work with me, and I’m with you every step of the way, sharing my knowledge, my skills, and my personal experience.
We focus on:
- Maximising what your body and mind need.

In turn, I promise you:

A little bit more about me
I am French and moved to London in 1996. After a university degree, a few jobs in advertising, a house purchase, a Scottish husband and 2 London-born children, it’s safe to say I’m pretty settled here. I absolutely love London – it’s such a vibrant and multi-cultural city! Although I would love it even more if it was a bit sunnier (Vitamin D is crucial after all!).
