Gain business clarity with a 1:1 operational audit
If you feel drained and uninspired by the reality of running of your coaching business day-to-day and that your growth and impact are reduced due to a lack of structures and processes, this is the start of the journey towards a more streamlined and simplified business
You’re done feeling…
Overwhelmed by your never-ending to-do list
Bored and tired of wasting valuable time on the same mindless tasks
Feeling frustrated with yourself for not having much structure in your business
You want to grow your impact, help change your clients’ lives and help them feel healthier and more fulfilled, so…
You’ve bought so many courses
BUT you either didn’t finish them or they didn’t deliver the outcomes you expected
Hired a VA or a social media manager
BUT but this was a huge investment, felt like more work than you doing it yourself and it never felt like the work was good enough
Worked all the hours of the day and weekend
AND still you couldn’t keep up with the workload and this left you drained and exhausted
Here’s a question for you:
What if you were no longer frustrated and overwhelmed by the weekly operational grind of running your coaching business.
Instead you are clear on your daily and weekly tasks to deliver the best experience for your clients; you are focused on supporting them and you are positively impacting their lives; you are able to effectively dedicate time and effort to growing your business without burning out
I know, it might sound like too good to be true, but bear with me
Well structured operations are transformative for you and your business
Small business owners spend an average of 16 hours per week on administrative tasks (QuickBooks Report, 2021)
Automating repetitive tasks (e.g., client scheduling, onboarding emails) can reduce admin time by up to 20%, according to a McKinsey study on workflow automation
Businesses with efficient systems and processes experience a 20-30% increase in profitability (Business Process Management Institute)
A coaching business with streamlined client onboarding can bring new clients up to speed faster, shortening the time to deliver value and increasing the capacity to onboard more clients
Companies with a structured client onboarding process improve customer retention by 50% (Wyzowl, 2023)
Coaches who use client tracking systems to follow up on progress and send personalised communications retain more clients compared to those who rely on manual or ad hoc methods
43% of small business owners cite “wearing too many hats” as a leading cause of burnout (Small Business Trends, 2022)
Delegating, automating, or systematising tasks helps reduce decision fatigue and mental overwhelm, leading to better mental health and sustained energy
67% of small businesses fail due to poor business management and operational inefficiencies (U.S. Bank Study)
Coaches with solid systems in place can scale their businesses sustainably, as processes can handle increased demand without overburdening the coach
Let me tell you:
Getting here wasn’t easy or a straight line.
I started my journey to become a health coach and functional medicine practitioner, driven by a passion to help others transform their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Over the years, I spent countless hours training and studying, convinced that acquiring more skills and knowledge was the key to building a thriving coaching business.
But there was one problem
I was struggling as a solopreneur.
Without external accountability, I found it hard to stay on track with the operational demands of my business.
Self-doubt made marketing myself a constant uphill battle, and working alone felt isolating and draining. I thrive in a team environment, especially when it comes to idea generation, but as someone who excels in execution and systems, I often felt stuck and uninspired when it came to brainstorming and strategy.
And one day, whilst journaling, it hit me:
The very things I excelled at — processes, structure, tech, and numbers — were what most coaches found uninspiring, if not overwhelming. These areas came naturally to me and were the key to transforming not only my business but also the businesses of others.
That’s how I became a business operations strategist for coaches! I was finally seeing the results I’d been dreaming of:
I felt a sense of clarity and purpose
I developed a clear process for serving my clients
I built systems that allowed me to work efficiently, and leaned into my strengths to create structure and simplicity.
I had tried everything:
I invested in more courses, thinking I wasn’t good enough
I hired business coaches to teach me how to grow my business
I even outsourced parts of my marketing, hoping to lighten the load
But none of these solutions truly addressed the root of the problem—I wasn’t working in alignment with my strengths, and I was ignoring what I was naturally great at
Despite all of this, I knew in my heart that there had to be a better way. I wanted to find joy in my business again and use my strengths to make a meaningful impact.
And the best part?
I finally understood the unique value I could bring to the coaching world — not just as a coach, but as a strategist who helps other coaches simplify and thrive in their businesses. And it even brought me joy in being a solopreneur again — doing work that feels effortless, meaningful, and impactful every day.
So how does it work exactly?
It requires some focus! But at the end it boils down to
