Create a new health-changing habit.
Upgrade your nutrition by increasing the amount of vegetables you consume every day, wether you are paleo, keto, pescaterian, vegetarian, vegan or any other eating philosophy you choose to follow.
How to go from “not much” to 9 portions of vegetables a day and enjoy it!
During this FREE 5-day challenge you will:
Receive recipes for inspiration, an example of a shopping list for the week (based on the tasks I’ll set and the recipes) and some tips on how to navigate that week
Receive 5 ‘tasks’ to do during the 5 days. Other than the last one, which you will have to do on the last day, you will be free to choose what day works for you
Be given some additional – optional – challenges, just for fun! (and for an opportunity to win see on the right)
Receive access to a Private facebook group, for motivating tips, inspiration and support from me, as well as other participants

The challenge will run from September 16th to 20th

Collect points for each challenge or task completed. The person with the highest points at the end of the week will win one health history
